· Industrial
Engineer: Perform IE assessments of complex,
integrated remanufacturing operation; design/revise
production lines to eliminate waste and reduce processing
time. Employ IE tools/techniques to include time-motion
studies, process mapping, line balancing, lean
manufacturing techniques and workload
breakdown/redistribution. Bachelor's degree in IE.
Experience in large, Remanufacturing business would be
best.
· Quality Engineer: or an Electrical or
Mechanical Engineer, with Quality Assurance
background/experience, Perform root cause
analysis of products that fail to meet specifications,
after having undergone overhaul/repair in a complex,
integrated remanufacturing operation. Employs statistical
and other quantitative/engineering analytical tools to
identify trends, causation and corrective actions to
prevent recurrence. Bachelor's degree in the majors
cited. Experience in large, Remanufacturing business
would be best.
· Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA):
Performs mathematical analyses and modeling on complex,
integrated remanufacturing operation to identify
bottlenecks, isolate source of product discrepancies, and
pragmatic solution to improve productivity. Experience in
large, Remanufacturing business would be best. Bachelor's
degree in related major.
· Chemical Engineer: Analyzes
refinishing processes (sandblast, plating, priming,
painting) in a complex, integrated remanufacturing
operation. Assesses issues such as appropriate
"windows" between the various processes; flash
off periods; cure times; compatibility issues among
different paints and other chemicals used in the
refinishing processes; corrosion prevention; etc.
Experience with Chemical Agent Resistant Coatings (CARC)
would be big plus. Bachelor's degree.
· Chemist: Work on research, data
collection, sampling, validation of procedures,
Qualitative and Quantitative analyses of chemical
processes, electroplating, pickling, anodizing, X-ray
florescence spectrometer, and industrial waste water
treatment. Prefer with a 4-year chemistry degree. U.S.
Citizen or a Green card holder.
· Provisioner: Knowledge in
provisioning, such as RPSTL, Provisioning Technical
Documentation (PTD), parts screening, and Maintenance
Allocation Charts (MACs). Knowledge of Poewerlog
software, LORA, and LSA 036 report would be helpful.
· SATCOM Engineer: BSEE, 5 years
experience and Secret security clearance.
Integrate, troubleshoot and repair TACSAT control
computers, networks, and software. Domestic and overseas
travel.
· PROGRAMMER: ASP.NET, Object Oriented
Programming, Visual studio, the Ajax extension and Web
Application Development, VOIP.
Minimum Education requirements
Bachelors or higher required for engineering positions.
